Jim Fitzgerald is a remarkable painter and illustrator with many years' experience in creating beautiful and realistic fine art paintings as well as commercial illustrations.

The artist was born and raised on Long Island, New York and is a self-taught artist who has worked for different art studios, producing work for major publishers, including John Wiley & Sons, McGraw-Hill, Harcourt Brace and others. The artist has also contributed art and illustrations spanning the kindergarten to college level in the educational book publishing industry. His diverse career has also encompassed work in advertising and computer graphics.
